We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Premier Media. As an E-commerce Account Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing product listings on major marketplaces, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and match products for accurate listings on Amazon and Walmart.
- Monitor account health metrics and ensure compliance to prevent suspensions.
- Provide top-notch customer support across all marketplaces.
- Regularly update and optimize product listings for improved search visibility.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center.
- Experience with Excel macro development and automation tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Must be located in a time zone overlapping with US business hours.
- Working completely remote.
- Location independence.
- 15 Paid leave days.
