About the Role

As a member of our Support organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and solutions to the Oracle customer base. This involves resolving non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide post-sales support and solutions to customers while serving as an advocate for their needs.
  • Facilitate customer relationships with Support and provide advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
  • Manage customer issues related to Service Request management, entitlement, and dispatching.
  • Receives customer requests and prepares documents/trouble tickets related to processing returns, servicing, and exchanges.
Key Requirements
  • Fundamental understanding of the Support organization's goals and objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required.
