Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Equifax. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. As a Global Customer Experience Specialist, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide timely and effective solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent French language skills (B2+/C1 level)
  • English language skills (A2 or B1 level, reading and writing)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
