Job Overview:

The Bosch Group is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to vehicle owners, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

About the Role:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and resolving customer inquiries related to Connected Drive services. Your primary goal will be to deliver top-notch customer experience, following established protocols and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to vehicle owners, addressing their concerns and issues regarding Connected Drive services.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize your analytical skills to resolve complex customer issues, escalating matters when necessary.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, ensuring their understanding of solutions and next steps.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and managers to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company initiatives, applying this expertise to enhance customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma required.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of call center experience preferred.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English language proficiency (B2+ or C1 level).
  • Skill Set: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer service orientation, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, multitasking and situation-specific empathy, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
