Job Description:

At the Bosch Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service over the phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to our connected drive services
  • Assist clients with account and subscription-related matters, including refunds, enrollments, changes, and updates
  • Support law enforcement agencies in cases of stolen vehicles, following established protocols
  • Offer assistance on topics such as remote unlock, app purchases, and mobile phone setup for our car app

Skills and Qualifications:
Requirements:

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma
  • At least 2 years of experience in a call center environment

Additional Information:
We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a dynamic work environment that values employee growth and development.
