We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in providing top-notch support to vehicle owners across multiple languages.

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Multilingual Customer Service Representative to handle incoming calls from customers who require assistance with their vehicles. As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate answers and guidelines related to our Automotive Multi-Client programs.
You will also be responsible for responding to emergency calls from customers who have experienced an automobile accident and coordinating the necessary steps to engage our emergency response support system(s). Additionally, you will provide roadside assistance or other remote services such as stolen vehicle tracking and remotely locking/unlocking doors.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming calls from customers and provide accurate answers and guidelines related to our Automotive Multi-Client programsCoordinate emergency response support, including responding to emergency calls from customers who have experienced an automobile accidentProvide roadside assistance or other remote services such as stolen vehicle tracking and remotely locking/unlocking doorsDevelop customer relationships that contribute to business objectives and promote customer loyaltyTroubleshoot account-related issues and submit incident tickets using a web-based system to escalate customer issues as neededRequirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A minimum of a High School Diploma2 years of experience working in a call center environmentExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenKnowledge of customer service principlesStrong interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with daily work processing deadlinesAbility to work effectively without supervisionStrong leadership, empathy, communication, and team orientation skillsAbility to be flexible and adaptable to support operational needsBenefits:
