**About the Role**:

As a key member of our sales team, you will coach and lead the distributor sales team, influencing area managers of our key accounts. Your responsibilities will include defining and negotiating with main customers in your territory, driving sales results within Kerry Foodservice Brands, and managing trade assets and trade spends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

Develop and execute channel and distributor plans with the distributor sales team, including market visits. Create sales tools, such as sell sheets and recipes booklets, and guarantee product portfolio development for final users. Forecast customer needs to ensure levels of service required to attend the market in all territories. Review business negotiations with distributors and sales negotiations with key accounts. Monitor key performance indicators, such as sales growth, revenue, and gross margin, and develop strategies to improve these metrics. Communicate with operations and marketing departments to ensure business success. Coordinate special events with chefs, baristas, and marketing teams to maintain Kerry Foodservice presence in the market environment. Prepare and provide status reports and monthly monitoring of customer sales evolutions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

University degree in Business, Hotel school field, Food Engineering, or Nutrition. At least three years of experience in the Hotel or Food & Beverage environment. At least one year in a leadership position. Experience with Foodservice Distributors, Hotels, and restaurants. Leadership skills, including coaching and business vision. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Clear communication and negotiation skills. Results-oriented, open-minded, and win-win negotiator.
