The Customer Service Experience Associate plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, working closely with clients to address their inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide timely assistance to cardholders on account-related matters

- Respond promptly to customer calls and engage with them in a professional manner

- Facilitate issue resolution in line with established client policies and procedures

- Update and record cardholder information within the client's CRM system

- Complete necessary actions to initiate transactions and conduct investigations

- Inform cardholders of billing dispute procedures and transfer calls to relevant internal departments as required

- Verify and activate new and reissued cards

- Stay up-to-date with current client policies and procedure changes

- Support colleagues and take escalated calls from cardholders

Required Skills:

- Basic computer skills and proficiency in English (B1+ level)

Compensation:

490,000.00 - 550,000.00 Costa Rican colón per month

Languages:
