Job Description:

As a Community Associate at IWG, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients. You will work closely with new and existing customers across various industries, creating and maintaining a welcoming community within your center.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling administrative tasks, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met. Your role will involve working independently as well as part of a team to deliver excellent results.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Managing multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing customer needs
  • Working closely with the Community Manager to organize events and promote the center's services

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while providing top-notch service
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional results
  • Basic IT skills, including MS Office and other equipment
  • B1 or higher level of English communication skills
