Customer Success Leader for Process Automation

Emerson, a leading provider of process automation solutions, is seeking an experienced Customer Success Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the Process Systems & Solutions business group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead assigned account teams to achieve sales targets and provide strategic support for successful sales activities.
  • Develop and execute quarterly business reviews for assigned accounts to ensure alignment and identify new opportunities.
  • Facilitate internal and customer-facing meetings to drive results and expand scope.
  • Engage key stakeholders, including executives, to build strong relationships and meet or exceed bookings targets.
  • Support Sales Leadership as needed and develop key relationships with channel partners and customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Service Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in sales or customer success.
  • Proven track record of creating business growth and building effective relationships.
  • Knowledge of the Process Automation Industry and advanced English language skills (B2+).
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in virtual teams across multiple time zones with diverse cultures.
  • Proficiency in tools like Power BI and Microsoft Applications.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
