At Moody's Investors Service, we are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Support Professional to provide high-level administrative support to our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Job Summary:

The purpose of this role is to provide exceptional administrative support to members of the organization, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and facilitating effective communication. As an Executive Administrative Support Professional, you will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing presentations and reports. Your excellent interpersonal skills and phone manner will enable you to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, email correspondence, and data entry.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials, utilizing advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, databases, and spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, communicating effectively and resolving issues in a professional manner.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in an administrative or support role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Fabulous interpersonal skills and phone manner, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, concision, and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
