The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and possess strong analytical and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve printer-related issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Customer Care (CC) team to resolve complex issues.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and product lines.
Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent; some college-level education preferred.
- 1+ years of general experience in customer service or technical support roles.
- Intermediate computer skills: installation/uninstallation of apps, drivers, or update packages.
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on personal computers.
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal.
