Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our end-users, ensuring they have the best possible experience with our technology.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve level one technical issues related to computer hardware and software in a mainframe system.
  • Install and upgrade hardware and software, and provide complete assistance with configuring hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Provide technical assistance to end-users via phone, mail, or in-person.
  • Address network-related issues, including local area connection problems, network access, emails, internet, dial-ins, etc.
  • Support the installation of peripherals, such as printers, scanners, cabling systems, etc.
Required Skills:
  • High School Diploma / Technical High School Graduate
  • Excellent English language skills (B2/C1)
  • Technical Support Technician certification or similar
  • Experience with diverse audio, visual, and multi-media equipment
