The Role
As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be the face and voice of Kyndryl, helping customers solve their problems every day. You will combine technical knowledge with problem-solving skills and customer service expertise to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers using various communication channels (chat, email, MS Teams)
- Provide concierge-level care to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Collaborate with back-office teams to handle escalations and complex issues
- Learn and master new technologies and platforms, including Microsoft 365 and other industry-leading tools
- Grow your experience, skill and understanding of different job roles within Kyndryl
