The Role

We are seeking a Technical Support Professional to join our Customer Service team. This role will involve evaluating client issues, engaging with cross-functional teams, and resolving complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluating client issues by interpreting end-user problem descriptions and determining resolution or best course of action.
  • Engaging with clients, Tier 1 Support, and other cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Monitoring open Tier 1 cases in partnership with Senior Analysts and Supervisors.

Requirements

  • English language proficiency (B2+ or C1).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with client-side web languages (HTML, CSS, JS) and server-side languages (C#.NET, Java).
  • Familiarity with web services (SOAP/XML, REST/JSON).
  • 5+ years of desktop support, help desk, or IT-related experience.
