**About This Role**

This is a permanent home-based role in Costa Rica, allowing you to work remotely in a comfortable environment.

As a Technical Support Professional, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our end-users, resolving technical issues, and escalating complex problems when necessary.

**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:**

Providing Tier 1 support and escalating troubles tickets when required

Managing tickets in a timely manner, including opening, updating, and closing

Establishing effective lines of communication with end-users throughout the lifecycle of their issue or service request

Working and interfacing with end-users on a daily basis, installing, configuring, and supporting client workstations and laptops

Assisting Systems Administrators, Manager, and Director in specific project tasks as directed

Managing inventory of equipment and reimagining laptops as needed

What You'll Need To Succeed:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to plan, organize, and implement projects in a timely manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working within a technology support organization
