**Job Purpose**

At Aligntech, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to employees across various regions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Respond to incoming calls, incidents, and service requests via our service now platform.
  • Provide timely resolutions or escalate issues to appropriate technical personnel as needed.
  • Collaborate with users and ITSM teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines for IT support.

**Scope & Complexity:

This role requires a strong understanding of technical skills and the ability to handle moderately difficult assignments independently. You will work on resolving technical escalations and engaging in tier 2 support for scalability.

**Expertise:

As a seasoned professional, you will possess substantial knowledge and apply it to complete a wide range of tasks efficiently. You will consistently meet production standards in terms of quantity, quality, and customer compliance.

**Supervision & Leadership:

You will receive minimal instruction on daily work and general instructions on newly introduced assignments. This role does not involve leadership responsibilities.

**Education & Experience:

A High School diploma is typically required, with a technical degree being a plus. We prefer candidates with 1-3 years of related experience.

**Languages & Technical Skills:

Proficiency in English is desirable, and you should have expertise in CISCO, Office and Windows, Active Directory, and O365.
