The Opportunity

We're looking for a Help Desk Specialist to join our Customer Service team. In this role, you'll work with our clients, Tier 1 Support, and other cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to understand and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with Tier 1 Support and other teams to identify solutions.
  • Monitor and escalate open Tier 1 cases as needed.

You'll Need

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English language (B2+ or C1).
  • Familiarity with client-side web languages (HTML, CSS, JS) and server-side languages (C#.NET, Java).
  • Familiarity with web services (SOAP/XML, REST/JSON).
  • At least 5 years of experience in desktop support, help desk, or IT-related roles.
