You will help customers with complaints and questions, providing information about products and services.
This may involve answering inquiries about reservations and sometimes contributing to sales efforts.
To succeed in this position, you must remain calm under pressure and have experience working with computers.
You may work with both internal and external customers.
Qualifications:
- English proficiency (B2+ or above)
- Basic understanding of MS Office Packages
- High School Diploma
- Good to have:
- Customer Service Experience
- Tech Support experience
- Financial Background
- Previous experience working towards Goals and Objectives
- Sales experience
- Intermediate to advanced Excel
- SAP
