**Job Overview**
We're looking for an IT Service Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for managing tickets in the Service Now tool, ensuring timely resolution and escalation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage tickets in the Service Now tool
- Drive end-to-end ticket solutions and timely escalation until resolution
- Be a customer service advocate with developed computer skills
**Requirements**
- Customer service advocacy
- Developed computer skills (Word, Excel, Explorer, etc)
- SAP and Service Now knowledge
- 1+ year of Customer Service/ Help Desk experience or Procure to Pay experience
- 1+ year of SAP and Service Now knowledge
