Job Details
We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our Customer Support Team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers. You will work closely with our Orders and Collections teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues related to orders and payments.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to orders and payments.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively. You should also have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
