Help Desk Engineer Position

The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience
- At least one year of experience in a technical customer support environment or field experience
- Familiarity with Citrix products and technologies in an Enterprise environment
Responsibilities include:
- Providing world-class customer service as a Technical Support Specialist
- Resolving customer inquiries and publishing articles on technical support issues
- Maintaining targeted call statistics and other established goals
