Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Diabetes Business Development Manager to join our team in Costa Rica. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and expand our presence in the diabetes market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand our customer base.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY ACCOUNTS AND DECISION-MAKERS IN THE DIABETES INDUSTRY.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business growth and develop plans to capture these opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide regular business updates and insights to senior management.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in medical sales or business development, preferably in the diabetes industry.
- Strong understanding of the diabetes market and current trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
