Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist with excellent communication skills and knowledge of customer service principles to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients across various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and provide solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to clients
  • Contribute to process improvements and identify opportunities to enhance the overall client experience

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience in customer-facing roles or technical support
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Portuguese language (reading, writing, and speaking)
