Cybersecurity Specialist, Technical Support Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist, Technical Support Expert to join our team at Palo Alto Networks.
This is a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise in networking and cybersecurity. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-tier technical support to our valued customers, resolving complex issues, and implementing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or remote access.
- Analyze complex customer issues and provide timely resolutions using troubleshooting skills and knowledge of network protocols.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on technical procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and VPN technologies.
- Proficiency in operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience with virtualization platforms (AWS, Azure, VMWare).
- Familiarity with Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewalls and other Cisco products.
- Knowledge of authentication protocols (LDAP, TACACS+, Radius) and multi-vendor exposure.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
