We're looking for a skilled Customer Retentions Representative to join our team at Qualfon As a key player in our retention efforts, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  3. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  4. Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and services to effectively address customer queries.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced English speaking skills (85% / B2 or higher).
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
