Strategic Business Alliances Manager

We are looking for an experienced Strategic Business Alliances Manager to join our team at Oracle. In this role, you will be responsible for building long-term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.
You will facilitate the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. This will involve working closely with partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies.
You will also be responsible for actively tracking joint sales pipeline and meeting quarterly and annual revenue targets. To achieve this, you will need to establish strong relationships with global counterparts and leverage corporate initiatives to drive success.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of developing and managing global partnerships, as well as experience in sales channel and marketing skills. Strong analytical skills and 5 years of related experience are also required.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including secondary education in Marketing or a related field preferred. The job is based in Costa Rica-Santa Ana and involves regular travel.
