About the Role
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Strategic Account Services team in Costa Rica. As a key member of this team, you will focus on building and executing strategic joint business plans with our top-selling partners. Your goal will be to drive business growth through strategic insights and high operational standards.

Responsibilities
This role involves working closely with Selling Partners to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will also contribute to the development of business strategies and identify metrics to measure service levels. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of operational support to all Selling Partners.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service. E-commerce experience is preferred, as is proficiency in Excel and the ability to learn new tools and processes quickly. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
