About the Role

The Oracle Business Alliances Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. Key responsibilities include developing and executing marketing plans, identifying business opportunities, and collaborating with sales teams to achieve quarterly and annual targets.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Facilitate the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for assigned partners.
  • Work closely with partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies.
  • Track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of developing and managing global partnerships.
  • Strong analytical, sales channel, and marketing skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience.
  • Secondary education in Marketing or a related field preferred.
