We are seeking a Talent Development Specialist to join our team at Gensler. As a key member of our Regional HR Department, you will be responsible for planning and organizing training activities across the region.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with RMP, Regional HR Director, Regional Talent Development Sr. Specialist, and Global Talent Development Leader to create a strategic talent development plan.
- Acting as a local Talent Development Specialist for the CR office, partnering with Office Managing Directors, Studio Leaders, and Community Leaders.
- Developing, leading, and executing a learning and development strategy for the region, encompassing both technical and non-technical learning.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to each office's Talent Coordinators, including training them on LMS System (Workday).
- Identifying and assessing learning needs, meeting regularly with Studio Leaders to ascertain training and development needs.
- Partnering with local HR teams to ensure talent development strategies align with HR strategies.
