**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

The **Learning Program Coordinator **will support learning programs that foster a culture of growth mindset at Wind River.
This work supports the learning programs that empower employees, enable managers, and promote high performing teams.
The support includes but is not limited to managing virtual workshop and event logistics, communications, internal marketing efforts, and working within relevant systems such as our online learning management system (LMS).
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manages virtual and, in future, in-person logistics for programs including complex scheduling, materials management, troubleshooting technical issues (virtual production), assisting with course marketing, coordinating registration and enrollment details, and liaising with external facilitators or vendors to ensure a smooth and valuable experience.
- Communicates with course participants and key stakeholders, including the global People Partner team and external facilitators.
- May support a facilitator as needed, including setting up polls and breakout rooms/ training rooms setup as needed.
- Creates and updates courses in the Learning Management System (LMS) and monitors attendance, gathers course rosters, assigns credit for completed courses and initiates follow up surveys.
- May assist with web updates, graphic design projects, and other visual / technical elements.
- Assist with special projects as needed.

**REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE**
- Must have excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and be able to perform repetitive tasks with extremely high accuracy
- Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills
- Ability to clearly follow processes and procedures, and make decisions
- Experience with Office 365 and SharePoint
- Experience with industry leading LMS is a plus
- Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams
- Ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree
- ** **2+ years related experience required.
Training and/or Organizational development experience preferred.
- Passion for adult learning and development
- Highly detail-oriented, strong organizational skills and time management
