We are seeking an exceptional Learning and Talent Enhancement Specialist to join our team at Habitat for Humanity International. As a key member of the HR department, this individual will play a vital role in developing and implementing leadership development initiatives that drive talent growth and excellence within HFHI and the Latin America region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the global team in HQ to ensure alignment with global initiatives and advocating for regional training and leadership development needs. Additionally, this individual will provide expertise in designing and delivering training programs that enhance staff performance and promote a culture of servant leadership.
This role requires working closely with the GTM to understand their training needs and develop tailored solutions that address these requirements. Furthermore, the candidate will contribute to the development of strategic talent initiatives, including leadership competencies, succession planning, and talent reviews.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the global team in HQ to ensure alignment with global initiatives.
- Advocate for regional training and leadership development needs.
- Design and deliver training programs that enhance staff performance.
- Work closely with the GTM to understand their training needs.
- Contribute to the development of strategic talent initiatives.
Requirements:
- University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related formal studies.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience and at least 3 years in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or similar learning and/or training experience.
- Experience understanding business needs and objectives and taking the initiative to drive valuable solutions.
- Proficiency and knowledge of adult learning principles.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency.
