Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Learning Content Developer - HR and Screening Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our learning and development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality learning content that meets our business needs.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain learning content, including elearning modules, videos, and instructor-led course materials.
- Work closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and team members to ensure learning content meets business requirements.
- Stay current on new learning approaches, technology, and tools to ensure our solutions deliver innovation.
- Collaborate with the learning and development team to develop and implement team templates, learning models, and overall best practices.
- Publish materials and report using Amazon's Learning Management system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as graphics/visual design, education, or instructional design.
- 2+ years of experience in instructional design and developing learning content.
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite and course authoring tools like Articulate 360.
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple global stakeholders, SMEs, front-line managers, and front-line employees in a variety of projects within a collaborative environment.
