We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Strategic Account Manager to join our elite team of experts. As a key player in our customer-centric organization, you will be responsible for driving strategic relationships with our premium customers and delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.

In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of our delivery and security products, as well as your expertise in account management, to develop innovative partnerships with customer stakeholders. Your primary objective will be to build trust and deliver exceptional results through clear communication, data-driven decision making, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning strategic accounts by developing strong partnerships with customer stakeholders
  • Leveraging data analysis to build effective Service Improvement Plans focused on process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Identifying and escalating risks, driving problem prevention, and managing customer escalations through coordination with cross-functional teams
  • Managing key performance metrics and trends to mitigate future risks and influence adoption of best practices
  • Influencing product roadmaps and improvements through technical expertise and business acumen

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or customer success roles in a technical environment
  • Experience analyzing data to inform continuous process improvements
  • Solid understanding of networking, cloud security, and internet protocols
  • Familiarity with security technology, concepts, and compliance frameworks
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to communicate complex technical content to diverse audiences
