About the Role

As a Strategic Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and success for our sellers by analyzing data and trends, developing and leading business strategy, and building effective working relationships with sellers. You will also act as a thought leader in defining success criteria, understanding business needs of sellers, and improving team efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data and trends to identify long-term opportunities for your assigned portfolio of sellers.
  • Develop and lead business strategy, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and sellers to find joint areas of opportunity.
  • Build effective working relationships with sellers, serving as a trusted advisor and business advocate.
  • Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria, understanding business needs of sellers, and improving team efficiency.
  • Advocate as the voice of the customer internally, using data and anecdotes to drive prioritization and deliver value across a larger customer set.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in Corporate Retail, Buying, Merchandising, Planning, or relevant experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Management Consulting, Marketing, and/or E-Commerce.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Advanced English level (oral and written).
  • Strong client management skills, with the ability to leverage data to identify and prioritize opportunities.
  • Experience using analytical tools, such as Oracle Business Intelligence, CRM tools like SalesForce, Tableau, and Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Program/project management and Scrum experience.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
