We're currently seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Sales Team and contribute to our growth strategy. As a key member of our Sales team, you'll play an active role in day-to-day operations and have unique opportunities for career development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales growth and hit targets by effectively managing the sales team.
  • Provide innovative solutions to boost revenue growth and profitability.
  • Design and implement strategic business plans to drive success.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager.
  • Motivated, flexible, and service-oriented individual.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to build productive relationships.
  • Goal-oriented, driven, and experienced in networking and influencing decision-makers.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify and open new business opportunities.
  • Fast learner and passionate about sales.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
