**Senior Sales Manager**

Teads is seeking a motivated seller to join our Miami sales team.
As a **Senior Sales Manager **for Teads

**About the Role**

Your primary focus will be to promote the sale of our platform to key agency and client accounts across the Central America and Caribbean market.

**Responsibilities**
- Prospect and closing business with a targeted list of agency and advertiser accounts
- Manage and maintain a sales pipeline for the business.
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients
- Represent Teads in the online marketplace and become an active Brand Advocate
- Work closely with internal Customer Experience, Data, Creative, and Performance teams to ensure client expectations are met
- Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction to generate renewals and drive incremental revenue

**Experience/Background**
- Digital media sales experience is required
- Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and the digital marketplace
- Previous technology platform experience a plus
- Deep relationships with key contacts at top-tier agencies and advertisers
- Excellent track record of prospecting and selling advertising solutions in the digital media landscape
- Desire to work in a changing, fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter, driven, passionate, and an ultimate team player
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
- Fluent English required
