Job Summary

This position is responsible for performing end-to-end billing process root cause analysis on claims submitted to identify and implement solutions that impact invoicing accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Work dispute cases daily and respond within service level agreements.">
  • Respond to requests and maintain open communication between teams and other departments.">
  • Contact internal or external parties when required to facilitate dispute resolution.">
  • Maintain up-to-date disputes follow-up comments in designated software.">
  • Proactively monitor dispute patterns and notify management of any alerts.">
  • Prepare, review, and organize paperwork for resolved disputes.">
