The Employee Life Cycle Analyst works closely with these divisions, implementing and performing various HR administrative processes and tasks. This individual must handle sensitive employee and company information with discretion and maintain high levels of professionalism.
**Responsibilities:**
- Implement and perform HR administrative processes and tasks, including employee record-keeping.
- Manage necessary data exchange with HR vendors.
- Responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues on HR-related matters.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field.
- 2-3 years of experience in shared service industry roles.
- Experience with Workday ATS.
- Advanced English proficiency.
