**About This Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our Shared Services Center team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial, administrative, and clerical support for our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial, administrative, and clerical support for Shared Services operations
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Produce and distribute correspondence, mail & returned mail, copying & scanning
  • Assist in tracking and reporting department metrics, SLAs, and KPIs
  • Monitor and record expenditures through Concur
  • Manage financial tasks such as monitoring of unit budgets, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, events, and other activities
  • Manage calendars, travel plans, and reservations
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Coordinate onsite issue follow-up
  • Prepare business correspondence, agendas, and presentations using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)

What You'll Need:**

  • Bachelor's degree
  • One year of directly related experience
  • Proficiency in English
