Your Role and Responsibilities
The primary focus of this role is to provide administrative services for clients, including Kyndryl executives and managers. You will be technically proficient and have a high degree of situational awareness to perform this role effectively.
This position requires independence, proactivity, flexibility, adaptability, self-motivation, teamwork, and client orientation. You will work in a complex and demanding environment, maintaining a professional attitude and demeanor while requiring a high degree of autonomy.
As a global operations team member, you will collaborate with colleagues across countries, continually seeking to improve your business acumen knowledge to provide better support to executives under your responsibility.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- English: Advanced and Fluent
- MS Outlook as a core skill and MS tools knowledge
- High School Diploma
- Excellent Sense of Urgency and Proactiveness
- Time Management and Prioritization
- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- At least one year of experience in a multinational area
- At least one year of experience as an administrative assistant
- At least one year of experience in customer service
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Administrative Assistant or Secretary technical diploma
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
