The Opportunity:

As the Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Office Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks. You will be the representative of our firm, greeting visitors, communicating with vendors, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

The Day-to-Day:

  • You will schedule and coordinate meeting spaces, maintain office calendars, and ensure seamless communication among team members.
  • Greet visitors and make them feel comfortable, answer phone calls, and route them to the appropriate party.
  • Provide administrative support to multiple departments, participate in team goals, and collaborate on projects.
  • Coordinate repairs, work with building management, and maintain awareness of vendors or non-client individuals in the office area.

Your Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience in office management or reception, with fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a strong orientation towards client service.
