Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to clients, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Working independently and as part of a team
  • Being highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks effectively

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • At least one year of experience in a multinational area
  • At least one year of experience as an administrative assistant
  • At least one year of experience in customer service
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
