Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure that recruiting objectives are achieved
- Develop strong relationships with internal business stakeholders to drive activity in support of their hiring objectives and processes
- Streamline and improve the talent acquisition process by identifying and addressing bottlenecks
- Ensure organizational compliance with laws and regulations related to recruiting
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in an administrative and/or customer-facing function, ideally in Recruiting or Human Resources
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Proven success working in a high-volume, multi-client environment
