The successful candidate will provide seamless support to employees across all areas of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. This role will involve leveraging knowledgebase to provide consistent and attentive customer service, receiving and resolving inbound inquiries via multiple channels, and providing guidance to employees on basic inquiries.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leveraging knowledgebase to provide consistent and attentive customer service

- Providing guidance to employees on basic inquiries
- Tracking all cases through ServiceNow in a timely and thoughtful manner
- Escalating cases after reviewing against team guidelines, if further assistance is determined
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for building effective HR processes. A bachelor's degree or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, Customer Service, or a related field are required.
