This role is a key part of our HR function, providing critical support to both our HR team and our employees.

The HR Business Support Sr. will work closely with our HR Director and Generalists to provide advice on a range of HR policy and process matters, ensuring that our employees receive excellent service and understand how to proceed according to HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide guidance and advice to all employees on operational HR matters and HR/payroll requests.
  2. Support clients in using systems, internal channels, and processes to guide them on HR and payroll policies and procedures.
  3. Generate and control payroll procedures, manuals & guidelines for employees and team leads.
  4. Collaborate with HRIS and HR Service Center to ensure accurate and proper management of incidents.
  5. Support the payroll team and HR in current benefits maintenance, such as health insurance services, educational programs, share plans, subsidies or any other assigned.
  6. Prepare monthly HR metrics, monthly attrition index control, CR GDC dashboard, compensation and benchmarks, and Payroll reports.
  7. Support the HR Generalists with updated market data, local polls or surveys, and Visier and other data reports to support their decision making and business analysis.

Requirements:

  1. An advanced student of bachelor's degree in HR, Administration or related field.
  2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions as HR officer or administrative executive assistant, or similar administrative positions.
  3. Previous experience working on HR or payroll functions, particularly in operational efficiency projects.
  4. Advanced verbal and writing English skills.
  5. Advanced computational skills and proficiency in Microsoft office.
  6. Analytical skills, attention to detail, and well-organized person.
