**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.


**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability, and delivery of our products.
- Assist customers with order placement and management, including adding, canceling, approving, and routing orders.
- Respond to customer concerns regarding shipping issues, including research and analysis, and assist with submitting RMA requests.
- Provide inside sales support for pricing and availability, and attend to order management queries.
- Assist customers with basic technical queries and ensure that information provided is accurate.


**Qualifications**

- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- B1 English level
- Successful or above performance
- Demonstrated systems and process knowledge
- Excellent customer support skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- High sense of urgency and comprehension skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and deliver accurate outputs.
