Our client is a pioneering force in the software industry, dedicated to shaping a brighter financial future. They require skilled Customer Success Contractors to support their rapid growth and customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Resolve customer inquiries via Zendesk ticketing systems and live chat
  • Identify and reassign tickets to relevant product lines
  • Track bugs and issues in Zendesk, collaborating with developers for resolution
  • Participate in regular video calls with the Customer Success team and provide feedback to the company

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • Unquestionable integrity and strong English written skills
  • Russian or French language skills are an asset
  • Previous work experience in Customer Support or Helpdesk roles (18 years or older)
  • Possess a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
  • Strong customer focus and ability to learn quickly
  • Liv Chat and Zendesk expertise preferred
  • Understanding of cryptocurrencies is beneficial but not required (training will be provided)
