We're looking for passionate individuals to join our customer service team at Costa Rica's Call Center.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, interacting with clients to resolve their queries and concerns. We are seeking candidates with strong communication skills, both verbal and written, who can effectively multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service or a call center, and basic computer skills along with familiarity with CRM software.
