Medbill seeks a skilled IT Support Technician to provide second-level technical support for technology with our MSP client organizations. This role requires shared responsibility for front-line helpdesk support and handling support escalations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Shared responsibility for front-line helpdesk support.
  • Handle support escalations.
  • Assist with remote computer deployments.
  • Perform desktop troubleshooting.
  • IT project planning and consulting for Medbill and her clients.
  • Install and maintain network infrastructure including firewalls and VPN.
  • SQL Database maintenance.
  • Interface with vendors for purchases and support incidents.
  • Management/Support for Azure resources.
  • Perform IT Security tasks such as SOC responses to SIEM and EDR tools.
  • Perform security hardening of servers and workstations.
  • Assist with IT-related compliance for HIPAA standards.
  • Develop SOPs to streamline support processes.
  • Produce documentation for processes and solutions.

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with a degree in Computer Science or equivalent and customer service experience. Key competencies include well-organized time management, excellent verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking, excellent customer service, and ability to work well in a team and provide knowledge transfer to other team members.

Technical Requirements

  • Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID.
  • M Microsoft Windows / Office 365.
  • Windows Server 2012+.
  • Network Concepts (DNS, DHCP, Routing, Firewalls, VPN).
  • Security Operations.
  • Disaster recovery and Business Continuity planning and testing.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $3,000,000 - $4,000,000 per month.
